Water Decoloring Agent
The HKWD model Water Decoloring Agent is a specialised product series designed for effective decolourisation, flocculation and reduction of CODcr in wastewater treatment. It is particularly suited to the treatment of wastewater from textile processing and dye industries, as well as a variety of other industrial wastewaters.

HKWD01 Water Decoloring Agent
HKWD01 Water Decoloring Agent is designed for powerful decolorization (50% to 99%) and COD removal (50% to 80%). It excels in treating dye-laden wastewater from textile and dye industries, providing effective decolorization and COD reduction.
Application:
- The product shallbe diluted with 10-40 timeswater and then dosed into the waste water directly, After being mixed for several minutes,it can be precipitated or air-flated to become clear water.
- The pH value of the waste water should be adiusted to 6-10 for better result.
- When the colority and CoDcr are relativelwy high,it can beused with the help of polvaluminum chloride, butnot mixed together,in this way,the treatmentcost can be lower.Whether polyaluminum chloride is used earlier or afterwards depends on the flocculation test and the treatment process.

HKWD02 Water Decoloring Agent
HKWD02 Water Decoloring Agent is an advanced quaternary ammonium cationic polymer, developed from HKWD01 with the addition of flocculants to enhance flocculation efficiency. This modification results in larger flocs and faster settling speeds, making it an ideal choice for more demanding wastewater treatment scenarios.
Application:
- The amount of sludge produced is less than that of other traditional chemicals, so the treatment cost is only about 30-50% of that of traditional chemicals.
- It can efficiently remove chroma and CODcr.
- It can be used directly, is easy to operate, and has good enough performance, so there is no need to add PAC and PAM.
